West Virginia states its own deadline two ways: the business portal says changes may be reported between January 1 and July 1, while the annual report pages set it at June 30 and add a late fee on anything received after. Reading July costs money. The upside nobody uses: agent changes can ride inside the annual report, saving the separate fee.
