Nothing we provide (including our website, portal, alerts, summaries, or support) is legal, tax, or financial advice. Using GSA does not create an attorney-client relationship. For advice about your rights, deadlines, or how to respond to a document, consult a licensed attorney.

Our AI feature generates short plain-English summaries (English or Spanish) of your scanned mail to help you triage it quickly. Summaries abbreviate and can contain mistakes; they do not interpret the law and are not legal advice. Always read the original scanned document, which is the only authoritative version, and do not rely on a summary for any deadline or legal decision.

Any government filing fee we display (for example a change of agent, an annual report or a formation) is the state's own figure on the day we checked it, and a state can change it without notice. The fee you pay is the state's actual fee, at cost, on its own line, shown before you pay. Confirm current amounts with the filing office of the state concerned before relying on them.

Alerts are optional and require your consent. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and HELP for help, or contact hello@gardenstate.agency. Consenting to texts is not a condition of buying the Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We send alerts by email and, if you opt in, by text. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or arrive on time: messages can be blocked, filtered, or delayed by providers. You must monitor your portal and keep your contact information current; do not rely on alerts alone for time-sensitive documents.

GSA delivers documents to you; it does not manage your legal matters or protect you from the consequences of missing a deadline.
