Who receives the document?
In New Jersey, the team at our office in Highland Lakes. In the other 49 states and DC, a licensed agent in that state signs for it, and our team takes it from there.
What if I miss a notice?
Legal papers are emailed as soon as they are scanned, and the team keeps reaching out until we know you have them. The scan stays in your account. We’re not a law firm, so we can’t tell you how to respond, but we’ll help you find the deadline on the page.
What if Garden State Agency closes?
Being your address of record for years is the whole job, so sticking around is the whole plan. For the long shot, if we ever close, you get 180 days’ notice, every file back to you, and your pick: a licensed agent serves out your paid term at no extra charge, or we refund the unstarted months.
If it’s English, Spanish or Hebrew, yes, at no extra charge. The document stays in English; the explanation doesn’t have to.
