Most agent services charge about $125 a year to do what New Jersey requires: keep a street address, sign for your legal mail, and pass it along. We already have the office in Highland Lakes and the team at the desk — one more letter costs us very little to handle well. So instead of a markup we ask for a commitment: $49.99 billed once covers 2 full years — that's $24.98/yr, and it covers our real handling cost. It renews at the same $49.99, printed right on the button. Your price never goes up.
