This page says what we collect, why, and who sees it. It is short because we collect little.

What we collect

What you type at checkout: your name, your company’s name, email, phone and the states you choose. Messages you send us by text, WhatsApp or email, notes from our calls with you, and, if you opt in, your WhatsApp number.

Documents we need to do the job: formation papers, Form 1583 and the IDs it requires, and the mail that arrives for your company.

Payment details, handled by our card processor. We never see or store your full card number.

Why

To file for your company, receive and scan its mail, answer its phone, send you receipts and deadlines, send you the link to an unfinished order or build when you ask for one, and one reminder about it when you ask for that as well. Nothing else.

If you ask us to email you a link to an order or a build in progress, we keep it and your email for 30 days after your last change to it, then delete them.

If you ask for a reminder about an unfinished order and we send it, we keep a record that you asked for two years, then delete it. The record holds your email address, the words you agreed to, when you asked, the IP address and time zone you asked from, when we sent the reminder, and whether the order was finished after it. A reminder we never send is deleted with the saved order.

Who sees it

The team. The state, when we file. The office on record in the state where your company is registered, for companies outside New Jersey. A banking partner (Bluevine or Airwallex), only when you ask us to introduce you, and only the documents you approve. WhatsApp (Meta), only for the messages you opted into. The companies that run our payments, email, texts, hosting and workflows, and the AI provider that summarizes your scanned mail, under contract and only to do that work.

Your mail and your ID

The team at our desk opens and scans your company’s mail. Mail in by 3pm ET on a business day is in your inbox that evening; later mail, the next business morning. Only the team sees it. Paper is kept 30 days, then shredded, or forwarded on your instruction. The ID on your Form 1583 is seen by the witness and kept only as the Postal Service requires.

How long we keep it

Messages and call notes stay with your company’s file while you are a client. When you leave, ask us to delete them and we will. Three things stay: the log of legal papers we received for your company, the Postal Service mail form if we handled your mail, and our billing records. Agent rules require the log, Postal Service rules require the form, and tax law requires the records.

Checkout visit records, the steps you take through checkout, never hold your name, email, company or anything you type. We never match them to an account or an order. We delete each one 90 days after it arrives.

Software that reads messages

Software, including AI tools, may read the messages you send us so they reach the right person on the team faster. The team answers you; the software only sorts.

Text messaging

Mobile numbers and SMS consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. We share them only with service providers (such as our SMS provider) needed to deliver messages.

We keep records of text-message consent, including the IP address it was given from when available, for compliance.

What we never do

We never sell client data. To anyone. For anything.

Leaving

When you leave, your documents stay downloadable for you for 30 days. Ask us to delete them and we will.
