Article I. Every fee you pay is in writing before you pay it. If you didn’t see it, we don’t charge it.
If we miss it: we pay you back double the amount of any fee you didn’t see in writing.
Every line of an order, its renewal and any state fee print before you pay, and again on the receipt. A charge that is not on that page is not charged.
Article II. If we see something that affects your company, like a notice from another state that your company must register or report there, we tell you, even when it isn’t part of your order.
If we miss it: a state late fee that follows a letter we didn’t pass on to you is ours to pay, up to the cap below.
We read what arrives for your company: mail in by 3pm ET is read the same business day, later mail the next business morning. When something needs your attention, we write to you once it is read and say what it is, whether or not it is a service you bought.
Article III. We handle your company as if it were our own, from the day we have its dates. Its deadlines go on our calendar too.
If we miss it: we pay the state’s late fee, up to the cap below, and file the late report free.
Your annual report and renewal dates sit on our calendar as well as yours, and we remind you before each one. Form 5472 joins them if you tell us it applies. If a single-member LLC is owned by someone who isn’t a US citizen or US resident, the IRS wants Form 5472 each year, filed with a pro forma 1120 by April 15. The filing stays with you and your tax preparer.
Article IV. Every recurring price shows its renewal before you buy. If a renewal price ever changes, you hear it from us before it does.
If we miss it: you renew at the old price for another year.
The number beside a price is the number it renews at. A new price reaches your inbox before it reaches your card.
Article V. State fees pass through at cost, shown before you pay and on every receipt.
If we miss it: we pay you back double the amount charged over the state’s fee.
The state’s number and our number sit on separate lines: before you pay, and on the receipt after. We do not mark up a state fee.
Article VI. Leaving takes two clicks in your account, and every file we hold for you goes with you.
If we miss it: we refund your last month, or the agent’s last year, in full.
Every line in your account has a Leave button. Your scans and documents stay downloadable for 30 days after you go, and nobody tries to talk you out of it.
Signed and in force from July 12, 2026.
