Our AI feature generates short plain-English summaries (English or Spanish) of your scanned mail to help you triage it quickly. Summaries abbreviate and can contain mistakes; they do not interpret the law and are not legal advice. Always read the original scanned document, which is the only authoritative version, and do not rely on a summary for any deadline or legal decision.

Any government filing fees we display (e.g., change-of-agent, annual report, formation) are estimates that can change without notice. Confirm current amounts with the New Jersey Division of Revenue & Enterprise Services before relying on them.

Alerts are optional and require your consent. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe and HELP for help, or contact hello@gardenstate.agency. Consenting to texts is not a condition of buying the Service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We send alerts by email and, if you opt in, by text. We cannot guarantee that every message will be delivered or arrive on time — messages can be blocked, filtered, or delayed by providers. You must monitor your portal and keep your contact information current; do not rely on alerts alone for time-sensitive documents.
