Yes. It is a commercial address in a building we occupy, in Highland Lakes, New Jersey, with your own box number. The full street address is on your receipt. It goes on file with the state for your company, and the team opens your mail there. It is not a mailbox store and it is not a suite number in a chain.

The team at our desk opens and scans your mail. Only the team sees it. Paper is kept 30 days, then shredded, or forwarded on your instruction. The ID on your Form 1583 is seen by the witness and kept only as the Postal Service requires.

Yes. This address is for your mail and your phone, and it works for a company formed in any state. The registered agent stays in the company’s own state: ours at $89 a year there, or the one you have.
Yes, and no need to tell us one is coming. A letter or a small package (a padded envelope or small box, up to 1 lb) is scanned like any letter. Anything over 1 lb is $5 when it arrives. Over 20 lb or larger than a shoebox, we email you before we accept it. Packages are held 30 days, then forwarded at $4 plus postage.
Only if the company actually operates from New Jersey. A mailbox and a phone number here do not, on their own. If it does, the state asks for a foreign registration; we file it for $49, plus the state’s fee at cost, shown before you pay.
Being your address of record for years is the whole job, so sticking around is the whole plan. For the long shot, if we ever close, you get 180 days’ notice, every file back to you, and your pick: a licensed agent serves out your paid term at no extra charge, or we refund the unstarted months.
