West Virginia states its own deadline two ways: the business portal says changes may be reported between 1 January and 1 July, while the annual report pages set it at 30 June and add a late fee on anything received after. Reading July costs money. The upside nobody uses: agent changes can ride inside the annual report, saving the separate fee.
