For accountants, tax preparers, attorneys and formation agents

Ten percent off for them.
Ten percent to you.
Every year they stay.

Nothing to re-bill and nothing to mark up. Your client pays us directly, with your firm's referral printed on their order, and every charge after that pays you.

Three calls you stop getting

  • “What is this renewal charge, and why didn't you warn me?”
  • “Something came from the state, I think. Can you look?”
  • “Who even is our registered agent again?”

The agent is invisible until it costs money. Then your phone rings.

  • Your client pays

    10%

    less than our published price

On the service they buy, at checkout and at every renewal, with your firm's name on the discount line.

  • You earn

    10%

of what they actually pay, every year

Not a finder's fee. It accrues on the first charge and on every renewal, and is paid monthly for as long as they stay.

  • If you cannot take a fee

    15%

    off for them instead

Most attorneys are barred from taking one. Switch the account to pass it on: your client gets the deeper cut and nothing accrues to you.

One firm, 40 New Jersey entities.

New Jersey agents only. Add the any-state agent on 20 of them as well and the year pays $286.20.

How it works

A code and a link. Send either. The discount lands at their checkout, and every renewal after that pays you.

The terms, all of them

  • 10% of our service fees, after your client's discount.
  • Not of state filing fees, which were never ours to discount, and not of add-ons bought alongside.
  • No stacking with a promo code, and not on the multi-state rate; that is already the volume price.
  • Not on office lines (the address, the number, live answering and the office bundles), and not on the wholesale tiers.
  • Payable 30 days after the charge, paid monthly. Under $50 it rolls to the next month. Reversed on a refund.

Wholesale, from ten companies

Ten or more companies under one partner account pay $29 a year per company in New Jersey and $69 in any other state, billed to the firm by invoice. Partner codes do not apply to wholesale.

The commission was never the best thing on this page.

10% of $34.99/yr is $3.15. These six are the reason partners stay.

  1. Nothing exclusive, nothing hidden

No quota, no exclusivity in either direction, and referring is optional: the partner portal is free whether you ever send anyone. The disclosure is one sentence we write for you.

  2. Every deadline in your book, on one screen

Every client, every state, sorted by what breaks first, not alphabetically. Miss enough of them and the state dissolves the company.

  3. Your exposure goes down

We watch the dates. With a seat on a client, the notice reaches your screen the moment it is scanned, so you are never the last to know.

  4. A number a person answers

Not a ticket, not a tier. One short queue, answered by the people who scan the mail.

  5. Your own firm at the partner rate

Buy for your own entities with your own code: the client discount applies and no commission accrues. A customer discount, not a referral fee.

  6. Move the whole book at once

The bulk counter orders one service for many clients at once, on one invoice to the firm. Switches go one invoice at a time, each timed to its own renewal date.

For the attorneys

We won't dress a referral fee up as a consulting agreement. If your rules bar the fee, pass it on: your clients get 15% off, nothing accrues to you, and you keep everything above.

Not legal advice. Your bar or your board has the final word on what you may accept and what you must disclose.

40 entities move the same way one does.

One invoice per client, each switch timed to that entity's own renewal date. The filings a firm runs in batches go through the bulk counter.

  1. 1

Upload the invoice. A PDF, a phone photo, a screenshot of somebody's billing portal. If you can read it, so can we.

  2. 2

Check what we read. Entity, state, renewal date, new rate. Fix anything we misread.

  3. 3

Sign, and we file it. Timed to land before their renewal: no gap, no months paid twice. Then the next one.

Annual reports, certificates and amendments go through the bulk counter: one service, many clients, one confirmation, billed to the firm with each entity on its own line and state fees separated. Formations are the one thing it will not batch: each needs the owner's own written direction, so a new company starts from your link, in the owner's own hands. A client who has not granted your firm access is skipped, not blocked.

The partner portal: one screen for the whole firm.

  • Clients and deadlines

Every client, every state, sorted by what breaks first, with what each one earned you this month and over their lifetime.

  • Every line, on the record

A statement, not a dashboard: every commission line, the hold it is in, and every reversal left visible. Downloads as CSV for your bookkeeper.

  • Disclosure, written for you

The sentence and the engagement-letter clause, generated from the arrangement you are actually in, in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

  • Who gets the invoice

Two rails, chosen per order: the client pays directly, or the firm takes one invoice with each entity on its own line and state fees separated.

We are the rails. The client stays yours.

Not a law firm, not an accounting firm, and nothing in the partner portal is advice in either direction. Clients you introduce keep their own account and their own subscription, whatever happens between us.

In writing, in the partner terms

  • Referring is optional. No quotas, no exclusivity in either direction, and the partner portal is free whether or not you ever refer anyone.
  • You only see a client's information after that client approves the link, and they can revoke it at any time.
  • Your clients' data is not for sale, theirs or yours.
  • Either side can end it at any time. Your clients' own subscriptions are unaffected; those belong to them.
  • The version you signed keeps governing until you accept a new one.

Bring one client and see how it goes.

Move one entity, ideally your most annoying client. If next year's renewal is boring, move the rest.
