The short list of things we decided never to do.

- Never: A teaser rate that resets in year two.
- Never: A renewal above the published price.
- Never: A fee for paying a fee.
- Never: Your data, sold or rented. Not to brokers, not to anyone.
- Never: A phone tree where a person should be.
- Never: “Contact sales for pricing.”
