The registered agent your AI can talk to.
A Model Context Protocol server is built into this site. Point Claude, ChatGPT or anything that speaks MCP at it, and it can compare plans, look up a state's requirements and prepare a signup. Payment always waits for a person.
The endpoint
POST https://gardenstate.agency/api/mcpClaude
In Settings, open Connectors, choose Add custom connector and paste the URL. Or from the command line:
claude mcp add --transport http gardenstate-agency \
https://gardenstate.agency/api/mcpChatGPT
In Settings, open Apps and Connectors, turn on Developer mode, choose Add MCP server and paste the URL.
Same endpoint, same tools, same guardrails.
Five tools. The whole surface.
Read-only today, on purpose. Write scopes ship with a paid tier, when it ships.
| Tool | Returns |
|---|---|
| list_plans() | Every product, its price and what it includes, from the same catalog checkout charges. Renewals bill at the published list. |
| get_state_requirements(state) | What a state requires. Every LLC and corporation needs a registered agent in the state it is registered in; ours is $34.99 a year in New Jersey and $89 a year in any other state. The state's own fees pass through at cost, and the tool never quotes a figure our verified state table does not carry. |
| recommend_plan(business_stage?, entities?, priority?) | The best-fit plan with reasons, the same logic a person gets on our start page. |
| create_signup_link(plan) | A signup URL that a person must open and complete. Agents cannot pay. |
| get_service_status() | Live figures: documents scanned today and all time, the forward queue, and whether orders are open. Counted, never estimated. |
Your AI can shop. It cannot spend.
Agent commerce only works if the person stays in control.
Only a person can pay
create_signup_link returns a URL a person opens and completes. An agent cannot create an account or submit a payment, and that is enforced on our servers, not by a prompt.
Prices are server-side
Every price comes from one file on our servers. There is nothing to negotiate: an agent cannot talk its way to a discount that does not exist.
Every call is logged
Tool, arguments, client and outcome go into an audit trail the account owner can review.
Rate-limited
30 read calls a minute per client, and 5 signup links. An agent that misbehaves is slowed down, not served.
One curl away.

Prefer no code? Catch our events in a Zap.
Create a Zap that starts with a Webhooks by Zapier trigger (Catch Hook). Paste the catch hook URL into the ZAPIER_WEBHOOK_URL environment variable on your deployment. From then on every new scan, signup and order fires an event to your Zap, shaped { event, ...fields, sentAt }.
Roadmap
The read surface is free and open. The write surface, your AI acting on your own mail, is on the roadmap as a paid tier.
Building for many companies at once?
Wholesale registered agent from ten companies: $29 a year per company in New Jersey, $69 in any other state.
