In about 150 countries, checkout shows your total in your currency, at a rate held for 24 hours. Stripe’s exchange rate includes its conversion fee of 2 to 4%, and you see the exact amount before you pay. Rather pay in dollars? Switch currency and that fee is gone.
Every fee in writing before you pay it. Even the exchange rate.
Thirty days before a renewal, we email you an invoice. Pay it with Pix or a card, in your currency. Rather never think about it? Save a card or wallet and it renews on its own.
We remind you three times. Politely.
Payments by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Your bank may ask you to approve the payment in its app. That’s 3D Secure, working for you.
Local ways to pay appear when checkout shows your local currency. If you switched to dollars, switch back and they return.
In the US, Klarna, Cash App Afterpay and Zip offer plans at checkout, with their terms shown before you agree. We and the state are paid in full.
Cards and wallets show GARDEN STATE AGENCY. Pix shows EBANX, the company that processes Pix for Stripe, with our name in the payment details.
Back to the way you paid, at the same exchange rate. The details are in our Terms.
Yes. It’s part of the same total, converted at the same rate, and we pass the dollar amount to the state unchanged.
